Weird Raboy art this issue. Spark Green Lama was a first rate comic company & comic book. Too bad Spark didn't last long.
Earlier Green Lama was in Prize Comics -- along with several other costumed heroes and Briefer's Frankenstein.  Please somebody upload a / some Prize Comics!

My curiosity aroused by the comment "weird Raboy art", I took a chance with this one. What a pleasant surprise! It's on a zipatone type art board, like Roy Crane's Buz Sawyer from around this time, or a lot of Wally Wood. This subdues his art somewhat, since it is of course more tonal and less graphic than usual. But what a great draughtsman Raboy was shines through every panel. Nothing is false or cartoony or exaggerated. Can't praise highly enough, and the scans are good too!
