Looking at these, #15 looks like a printing error in the book, #50 appears to be all there, with just an extra page added (comic is 53 pages) I don't have a problem with #53

Hmm...I dont know what was wrong with #53 or why I saw a corrupt page there...because I dont see it now.

Yes, I agree #50 is all there.  It just has a page repeated.

I'm baffled at how #15 could be a printing error, but OK.

I've heard about the printing problem in #15 before.  We were torn between fixing the obvious error or leaving it to be true to the history of the book.

Thanks for listing these Jim, we will be looking into them asap.

I don't see how it would do any good. It looks like the plates were just laid the wrong way, facing right instead of left

Now, I'm no expert...but the fold should be on the left then on the right if you scan every page.  For pages 29-31 in the scan the fold (and staple holes) are all on the left.  And they are on the right in 28 and 32.  For pages 19-21 you can't see the fold or staples, but you can see a fold line in the upper left corner.  It too should flip from left to right and back...and it is on the right on 18 and 22.

So I'm pretty sure it is scanner's error.

Then it sounds like the original pages would be upside down in the book.

That would only make sense for page 30.  If page 20 were upside-down in the printed version and corrected the fold line would move from the top to the bottom, not left to right.

According to Craig Delich his copy of #15 looks like the scan. (I don't see how that is possible, but...)
