Thanks for adding these!

I took a good look at your found #44 and figured Len's version was better but missing a lot.  So I added fills from your version and created a c2c version of Len's.
I've moved your found version and Len's incomplete version to a safe place as back up.

A rangerhouse book and scans, from a coverless comic, so the fc and bc are from HA and the ifc and ibc
from ae660's fiche copy to make it c2c.
