12 minutes after my last post I downloaded Phonebrowse http://www.imobie.com/phonebrowse/ installed the software and I can now see my iPhone as an external device. Up popped the box like would get if you plugged in a USB to your PC!!

I make NO WARRANTIES ... but I think I will try it out and it is FREE!!
