St. John fixes

Hi,
A couple of fixes for the St. John misc section:
You have Comics Revue 001 & 003, but 'v01 02' for #2.
(also, it's a 5-issue series, so maybe a new section?).
(And how about a section for Northwest Mounties?? Only 2 on the site, but it's a 4-issue series, and Canadian content!)

And, there's a 'fixed' and an unfixed Crime On The Run #8

OK Len the name fixes are done. I'll be making a new section for "Comics Revue" soon.

I removed the one "Crime on the Run", but left the other two copies for now.
