Hi everybody!!
I am fond of comic books since my first ones when I was... 8!!! It was a Batman album by Neal Adams. After years of walking in he desert, I found some Marvel comics. But the true start was when I have ordered the Dark Knight Returns tpb... wow...
And so, my travels in the comic books started!!!
Today, I am ...*cough* near v4.1 *cough* in some days, and I still am reading comic books. But different ones this time.
I still have some indies US comic books AND the BEST UK weekly SF comic strips magazine ever!!!! May The Almighty and Magnificent Tharg Be Blessed by my humble Prays... By GRUD!!!!!
I have returned to the European scene with the help of a new French monthly comics magazine.
Now, I am looking to (not so) "old" comic books.
I like western tales, as well as pirates ones, old supes and war stories. Each of these "old" title have a start, a middle and an end. Which is no more the "standard" in the "modern" comic books... And that is what I am looking for and being pleased by. A complete story, or a complete chapter of a longer story. That is very simple.
I want real pleasure when I read comic books, and not to be frustrated by a never ending empty story...
