I mentioned this earlier and it's worth repeating that, depending on your age, your comics will outlast you, especially now they are in decent bags.  The info. sheet shouldn't have a detrimental effect on the comic.  Just keep the bag tight. Take a small bundle, hold it against your chest and give it a squeeze. Get up close and personal with your collection. Despite all that, it's probably advisable to re-bag every 5-8 years if you are not using mylar. 
The older the comic and the condition mean you have to decide whether it's worth paying for mylar or changing the bags every few years.  Bear in mind also, there is money in peripherals and it's in the interest of producers, suppliers and shop owners that you buy the bags and boards.
Re-bagging or simply checking the state of your collection is a great way to reacquaint yourself with all those excellent comics that might have otherwise stayed in a box.
