Perry Allen looks familiar but I can't place it either. I thought possibly Paul Gattuso. There are a few things in the story (pages 5 and 7) that remind me of him, and checking Who's Who, he supposedly did the feature in '44. However, the action seems too static, there are no close-ups which he seems fond of, and no breaking the panel borders to speak of, another trait of his I've noticed.
