Thank you!  This is just the sort of thing I was looking for, even if I can spot a few gaps.  I think the only characters with particularly noteworthy novel length runs in a title not named after them were the Black Bat and Green Lama.

Also from The Hero Pulp Index

Black Bat-62-in Black Book Detective
The Green Lama-14-in Double Detective

and here's a few more

Captain Danger-10-in Air War
Captain V-7-in Battle Birds
The Crimson Mask-15-in Detective Novels
Dan Fowler-112-in G-Men Magazine
Doctor Death-4-in All-Story Detective-title changed to
Doctor Death-3
Fra Diavolo-4-in Red Star Mystery
FLash Gordon Strange Adventure Magazine-1
Jerry Wade-23-in Detective Novels
Mataala-4-in Red Star Adventures
The Man in the Red Mask-2-in Red Mask Detective, 1-in Red Hood Detective, 1-in Movie Detective
The Moon Man-38-in Ten Detective Aces
The Silver Buck-1-in Western Dime Novels, 2-in Red Star Western, 2-in Silver Buck Western

Best

A character not listed is Ki-Gor. He ran for 59 issues over the course of 16 years as the lead character in JUNGLE STORIES. Should be noted that two of his adventures were the same adventure, just with a name change, so that would be 58 original novel length stories.

And one of the Don Winslow pulps got a facsimile treatment some time ago, complete with the Sheldon Mayer comics.
