Time to kick off DCM's second anniversary, with an all-paper Jumbo 17!
What? It's 6:30 am, Tues morning Mar 27? Well, yes, and then again. no.

Maybe dcm has members in Apia, Western Samoa, where it's 12:30 Wed morning WST (West Samoa Time); or maybe in the Chatham Islands, where it's 12:15 am CHADT (Chatham Island Daylight Time); or maybe in Kiritimati, Line Islands, where it's 12:30 am LINT (Line Islands Time)!

So, happy anniversary to all!

Now here we are (or, at least, here I am), 24 hours later, and March 28th has circled the globe from West of the international date line to East of it.

March 28 is gradually drawing to a close here in Eastern Daylight time.
How about making the DCM anniversary a National hoilday? Better yet, how about a new National: #24, c2c paper! (gotta finish that title!)
