I finally got confirmation that IW/Super's Kiddie Kapers #17 reprints the contents of ME's Cowboys 'n' Injuns #7 (which reprinted previously published material).

found another one today. Battle Stories #18 is a reprint of U.S. Fighting Air Force #28 (Superior) ,minus a 2 page text story on the centerfold.

You can go ahead and make Billy and Buggy Bear #10 as from Monkeyshines #22.  The GCD has it indexed and it has the same contents as Marty Mouse #1.

I've been taking the information provided in these text lists and incorporating them in a spreedsheet and database, which I will be happy to provide to anyone here if there is interest. The project has been interrupted by a move from one house to another, but once most of the 2000+ books (not to mention magazines, comics, etc., movies, recorded music...) are unpacked, I'll continue adding the material from more recent comments/listings. I can also publish the list to a common site where people could add revisions.
