True ML.
WinRar does has an option to make zip files.  I use it as well.  'Create archive...' and it's in there.
I wont bother converting the existing ones but it would be great if you could make zip files in the future.
I believe there are other free 'zip' applications out there as well.

You've already got an 'imporoved fiche' version of this on the site.  You've redone it again?
Re-saving jpg images repeatedly does degrade the final image substantially.

There is a slight difference in the contrast between your new and old fiche scans but very little.
