It's Walt Disney's stunt double!  :o

OtherEric:
For our first Peter Wheat Wednesday we have the Peter Wheat Puzzle book.  While information is rather scarce, it appears that, after Kelly left the title, the Adventures of Peter Wheat went to a less than monthly schedule, supplemented by a variety of activity giveaways.  This included a coloring book, a fun book, at least four 4-in-1 fun pacs,  and the Puzzle Book that we're sharing today.  It's something I would have loved as a little kid, mixing elements of a comic story, a coloring book, and an assortment of puzzles in one fun package.   The book is largely drawn by Al Hubbard, but it's worth noting that we have no idea if Connell or somebody else wrote it, if Hubbard was the only artist, or even if Western produced this for the bakery or if it was done by somebody else.

A huge thanks to Yoc for his marvelous edits cleaning up where several of the puzzles had already been filled in!

Many thanks, Eric, for uploading all these new Walt Kelly books!  I've been looking for complete, high quality copies of many of them for lots of years.  Keep up the good work!

Robb
