There is an alternate version of the cover and Shock Gibson story on Pappy's Golden Age Blogzine #1260. http://pappysgoldenage.blogspot.com/2012/11/number-1260-human-dynamo.html?m=1. It looks better than some of the scans here, but I don't know if Pappy has the whole comic.

When I posted this comment I did not understand that Pappy simply cleaned up the scans that were here on DCM.  I now know a little more than I used to when I started to read Golden Age comics online.  - November 11, 2016
