The individual behind the Hillary Trump moniker is a scanner who has scanned and/or edited many of the books you and others enjoy on this site, he just had not been active in a while, but was gracious enough to scan his copy to give us the needed page fills to make this old classic complete. He was asked how he wanted to be credited and he came up with Hillary Trump as a joke.
And frankly I personally don't care what you think. when I enter your username in the search bar at the top of this page, I get Zero results. whereas when I type in the user names for the 3 people who made this book happen, well I get a ton of results.
So just relax and enjoy for free the fruits of other people's expense and labor.
