Ah, kind of a "picto-fiction" romance story. This came out before Simon & Kirby unleashed the genre called romance comics.

A "love" pulp from a publisher of comics. I wonder how many issues this lasted.

Not listed on Comic Vine, this is a Pulp Magazine, I believe. Lev Gleason had a Comic Title called "Lover's Lane", which lasted 41 issues, being eliminated by the code in 1954, but Picto-Fiction never caught on in any medium. It's too static, the illustrations don't have any real continuity, and just distract from anything the text might be building up to.
