This August 1943 government pamphlet is illustrated by DR. SEUSS, I was pleasantly surprised to discover upon downloading. He was a good choice in that he was best known at this time for his FLIT ads, often depicting insects of various shapes and sizes.  Lots of cute drawings by Theodor here.
