Who could have penciled the second Blackhawk story? There are plenty of Crandall poses, but they look like swipes rather than the real thing--the many perspective mistakes and the drawings of the woman on pages 20 and 21 just don't look like the master. The dynamic poses on those two pages (e.g. the guy falling on page 20) look like someone with a strong style was under there, but was it RC?
