You are both quite welcome.  One note:  While JVJ deserves endless thanks, he didn't have anything to do with this particular book.

Cover is by Sid Greene, and while I'm normally not a big fan of Greene's art, in this case I'll make an exception. I like both the design and execution of this cover image, which really adds value to the appeal of this book!
