The cover looks like very early Wally Wood, when he was getting started in the comic book business and doing lots of small tasks on romance titles for Fox.

The Confirmation of Wood involvement would appear to be the distinctive Wally Wood lettering in the 2nd story "He Tried To Possess Me"-- the art is vague enough to pass for early Wood, maybe, or maybe not, but check out that lettering: that's definitely Wally Wood's hand, early though it may be.
