One of my all-time favorite covers!  No wonder the CCA was created...

The cover layout with the shadows in the manhole reminds me of that great (and, technically, true) quote from Bill Gaines at the Kefauver hearings: if you rotate a severed head to avoid showing a bloody stump, it's at least a LITTLE more restrained.
