Sorry, but this scan is incomplete. Pages 9 to 21 are missing and pages 31-35 uncropped.

Tried again 4 years later-still the same problem with a faulty download and missing pages. Would be good if someone else could confirm or Doc Orion (uploader) could be contacted...
