Apparently the same scan as what is listed as BB12, but with a better, unaltered cover.

if you check the inside front cover you will find that all versions of #12 currently being shared are actually #13 as I mentioned in the description above.

4 or 5 mediocre Blue Beetles but the V Man (patriotically dressed spy chaser etc) was nice, with a well drawn baddie.  The final story, Spark Stevens by Joe Kubert about two hard socking sailors was  crude and rather grotesque and reminded me a little of Paul Cadmus' sailors.  Definitely an interesting story in an offbeat sense.
