The description I provided was dropped! It's not quite c2c: there's no inside-back cover; also it's a .zip file!

That's because I added the missing ibc and re-uploaded it.  See reply 178 here:

When I reuploaded it I did so in rar format so the files would have different names to avoid any confusion on the part of the moderators swapping them out.
