the book was printed in Canada, but the publisher was in New York City. So it's a Canerican book! heh

Might be a DS Publishing book according to 'Four Color Fear' fantagraphics book.

This series is clearly not from D.S. Publishing, no matter what may be said in Four Color Fear. The dating is incorrect for D.S. which was not publishing at this date I don't think. In any case, the publisher's colophon is very clear.
