Except for the front and back covers the scans are small. The pages have been whitened oversaturating the colours.

First chapter art by Joe Kubert? At least the inks are by Kubert. The other chapters look as if they're drawn by Carmine Infantino - not sure of the inking though.

I think the first story was penciled by Carmine Infantino. The city designs and poses give him away. Definitely Kubert inks. Nice story!
