Good images & color pops out nicely!  Origin of Uncle Sam, cover by Fine & Eisner.  Jack Cole art inside.  This title becomes Blackhawk with #9.

Good quality scan.  A little ink bleeding makes some pages difficult to read, but this looks like deterioration of the source material, not a problem with the scan itself.
