Tragic decline in overall quality with this issue, brought on by Wartime paper and colour ink shortages. Not a Bulletman issue to start with !

Not a Wheaties giveaway. Date should also be 1943. These were sold 2 for 5 cents and published by Samuel E. Lowe & Co.
