Title: Flapper Fanny
Post by: Mr. Izaj on December 21, 2017, 12:35:26 AM
I'm glad you've posted a year's run of Sylvia Sneidman's work on the Flapper Fanny panel feature. I wonder if you could find any of the Flapper Fanny Sunday strips from that period. And possibly find any of the earlier Flapper Fanny panels or Sunday strips from her original artist Ethel Hays (who handled it from 1924-1931) or from Ms. Hays' replacement on the feature, future Mopsy creator Gladys Parker (who handled the feature from 1931-1937).

The answer to the first question is easy.  No I can't find any Sylvia Sunday Flapper Fanny strips because they dropped the Sunday when she took over in 1935.

The answer to the others are possibly, but to be honest I'm not sure when I might get around to it.  I'm busy collecting quite a few different strips right now.
