Title: Question about translating and adapting comics

Hi i´m of Brazil,
I wanted know: Translating and adapting comic for language Portuguese of Brasil, and sell in format ebook kindle , it´s legal?
example that´s: Cowboy Love 001 -JVJ,   Bill Boyd Western 11 (inc)

Note: Brazil is joinned of the Berna

We claim no ownership of the images shared on the site beyond the DCM logo and banner.
Scans are donated by members.  We also cannot speak to the legality of using them in business ventures such as yours.
