While this example is an improvement in some ways over our only other scan available, it should still be stated that this one seems to also be missing both the ifc and ibc.  This copy also seems to have two somewhat different back cover images.  Not that it's at all critical, but which one actually goes with the book? I believe that the scan labelled pg. 68 is probably the correct one, as it matches the outer back cover on the other file that we have.

I've changed the listing to mention the missing pages.
Checking against the other scan you are correct about which is the real back cover (pg68 with the slanted coupon)
