Yoc, your homework is to go watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail and The Life of Brian.  Then answer your own question. :-)

I do find the lack of Bugs Bunny & Elmer Fudd on the list disconcerting, though.

Oh no denying the humour of Python but they were not a duo or trio.  They were a troupe.
Just saying.

I MUST add:
The Ritz Brothers
Our Gang (the SILENT comedy team, I would count ONLY the early sound one's as well. NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! the 'MGM one's from '38 on)
Olsen & Johnson
Fibber McGee & Molly (Yes, they made movies) Best not to get me started on classic radio comedy, a personal favorite.

I vote for Crocodile Dundee. If you’re going to travel to America for the first time, it helps to be a charming badass from the Australian Outback........

ol' Croc ain't much of a team, he seems to be a loner most of the time. i do quite enjoy the film, tho, it doesn't seem to fit with the premise of the question.

Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon are missing from this list.
