Title: Anyone have this comic?

I was going through a thread on politically incorrect covers over at the CGC boards and saw a comic I  had never seen before. Tried to find an image on GCD, Gerber and the other usual places and still could not find it. Asked some of the rare comics officianados I am aware of and they had not seen it either. May be Canadian? Any relevant info period would be great!! :) Anyone recognize the distributor at least?

upon closer inspection that is C.D.L. not C.D.I. Looking through Bell Features atm on GCD.
