Title: Latinos in comics

Hello,
I'm interesting about minorities in the comics. Thanks to this forum, i found comics including black characters, but I don't find anything about latinos.
Can you help me ?

Good question.  You might start with the CISCO KID, or ZORRO.  If they ain't here, they might be on Comic Book Plus.

Bad example: Senor Banana in the later issues of the MLJ (Archie) title Zip Comics.

Good (IMO) examples: Magazine Enterprises (M-E) had a few. In Bobby Benson's B-Bar-B title there are both Mexican and Indian ranch hands. Not huge parts, but positive ones. In the movies Tim Holt had an Irish-Mexican sidekick. That character appeared in the early issues of Tim Holt Comics.

I Love Lucy would have had her husband Ricky Ricardo in them.

The current Blue Beetle in the DC universe is Latino I believe.

I think El Diablo, a western character published by DC in the 70s was Latino.  That name certainly implies it.

The various Whip characters in DC comics were Latino. The main one was Rodrigo Gaynor who appeared in Flash Comics in the 1940s beginning with #1. They said he was the descendant of Don Fernando Suarez who had been El Castigo in the 1800s.
