Title: Can't Download..?

Hey, I'm not a regular user, but registered back in 2011 when I was going through a bunch of comic sites trying to download.
Most sites required registration & a special viewer to download, & I eventually found one that worked mostly.

But that was on my old computer sooo...Just now popped back in here & I tried to download the 1st couple issues of Captain Science, but it tells me Error, and that I need to be logged in...Which I am. Am I doing something wrong, or should I just try later? The Error messages aren't always the same, haha.

Also I noticed the Preview window doesn't seem to finish...Do I need to update my Interwebs or something?
Anyway, the Viewer is great, so it looks like I can read everything at least.

Hi BB,
Please use the Contact Us link on the download page and quote any error messages you see.
We always suggest trying a second browser as well.
