Hi,
There's a problem with the 'See More' links under the Top-Rated and Most-Downloaded sections on the main page. Both links take you to the Latest-Uploaded comics list.
-
Hi Len,
I suspect these errors will all be fixed once the server move is finalized.
Thanks for letting us know about them.

I am having a problem with the "Latest Comics Uploaded" section.
I click on the "See more" at the bottom of the "Latest Comics Uploaded" section. It shows the 100 last uploads. I used to be able to click on a button on the bottom and then see the previous 100 uploads, etc., etc. This feature is no longer working.
This is how I used to be able to track what was new on the site. Possibly another problem with the transfer of the site?
As always this site is the best!
Yours,
BMinor

Hi B,
Yes, it's a problem that should be fine once the move is complete.
For now I suggest using the old link I include in my signature. You can increase the number in the url to seem more books.

Thanks YOC, you're the man...

Yeah normally I'll wait a while and download a lot at once, and change the last number in this link...
http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/stats.php?ACT=latest&start=0&limit=100
...to say 300 or whatever it needs to be to get to the last downloads I did, depending how long ago it has been. Changing the number doesn't appear to do anything.
I'm not in any rush, as long as this will be fixed eventually, I hope.

That's the plan Andy.
Sorry it's taken so long. Stay tuned.

Any more updates on this or work-arounds to see new comics?
I'd like to be able to see new comics since around the first of November if possible.

Sorry, no update yet.
But you might try this -
Change the link number at the end like this -
http://digitalcomicmuseum.com/stats.php?ACT=latest&start=100&limit=200
Sorry again,

That's what I use to do in order to see further back, but it's odd that changing either of those numbers doesn't appear to affect what's shown regardless what I change it to. Just wondered if anyone else had found a work-around for this.
Essentially I've been unable to use the website for downloading new comics for weeks now because I can't see far back enough to where I left off downloading. I very much appreciate what everyone does, hope this will be fixed sometime soon.

*sigh*
Sorry Andy. Hang in there I guess. Or check on CB+, they get everything we share here shortly after it appears.

Sorry to keep on this issue, but I'm starting to assume this won't get fixed? I keep checking back every few days, would like to download comics where I left off (back in November at this point). Unfortunately CB+ doesn't go back that far either.

Sorry Andy. It Will be fixed but I can't say when.
Our code master has had work and family concerns take up all his time.
Until then I'd grab books as they show.
BTW, you can go through CB+'s uploads by by date using the INSITE feature and select BASIC BY DATE and keep hitting Next at the top or bottom of the page with the yellow hands.

Sorry for the problems.

Even on the other side of the pond I have been feeling your pain!
So what I have done is increase our "Latest Books" count from 500 to 1,500. So now it goes back to Nov 6, 2013.
So as long as you hurry you should be able to catch up on missed issues! But we are adding quite a few books everyday so those near the bottom haven't got long to go!
As Yoc says the basic list is probably the one you want http://comicbookplus.com/?cbplus=latestuploads_s_s_0 (http://comicbookplus.com/?cbplus=latestuploads_s_s_0)
But this one has all the detail in http://comicbookplus.com/?cbplus=latestuploads_l_s_0 (http://comicbookplus.com/?cbplus=latestuploads_l_s_0)
BTW the "next" "prev" links circle round so ... if you go to one of the above pages and click prev it will take you to the end of the sequence:)
I hope this helps to relieve the symptoms until DCM find a permanent cure.
Regards Mark
PS: I am sorry I couldn't push it any further back, but I am already seeing lots of steam and there is a distinct smell of burning oil coming from the server lol
-
Thanks for the help guys, even the list of 1,500 doesn't quite go back all the way to where I need, but I can worry about those later. A lot of stuff uploaded to CB+ I don't see on DCM!

So Andy it looks like your troubles increase further ... lol
-
Glad you've found CB+ helpw you Andy.
Yes, they share a more foreign material as well as pulps and penny dreadfuls that DCM doesn't cover. We've decided to stay focused on the comic sides of things for the most part.
Thanks for your well wishes and tweaks Mark. I'm sure Andy will be happy for them.
