Hi guys! Been a while! Hope everyone is doing good! Also a very Merry Christmas
and Happy Holidays to my non-Christian friends. ;)
Yeah, wouldn't it have been nice if those entertaining, freaky pre-code horror and science
fiction comics hadn't been changed by the comics code authority. We'd have plenty more
comics to read today! >:( ^-^
One thing I had noticed, is that the show Twilight Zone, which I always loved, seemed
to have taken some of its stories from some of the old pre-code horror and sci-fi
comics. I can't unfortunately remember the stories, as it was a while back when I
read them.
And thanks to all the uploaders who've given me many enjoyable hours, in which to
read some very thrilling, scary and entertaining comics.

Thank you, comicOD.
It's my pleasure to serve you that pre-code "drivel".
;D
I am quite content with the books we've got.
It would have been just more of the same...
Feels like every horror plot out there had been told... and retold... and mixed again for a next retelling... and so forth!
I don't know about the "Twilight Zone", but the copy-cat syndrome had spread long before that.
I coma across art swipes and story rehashes all the time.
And there's only so much you're able to take in.

I absolutely love the pre-code drivel! And I couldn't leave your name out! Downloaded many a comic that you uploaded! ;)
YVW, and thank you for once again uploading these great comics! ;D
I know what you mean. A lot of pre-code horror stories did seem to tie in with the same plots. It did leave just
enough of a difference so that I could still enjoy the story. The imagination, artwork and stories were amazing in most of the comics I'd read.
Yes, some were better than others. A good number of endings I didn't see coming though, in a good number of them.
I'd grown up reading comics in the late 70's and 80's. I was just fine with the comics code in my teens. I'm over 40 now and
would rather read a horror or sci-fi comic or magazine, than a superhero one. All I read growing up were DC and Marvel
superhero comics, like the Fantastic Four, Incredible Hulk etc.

Nice to know that you prefer horror over superhero.
Same here!
I like that short-story format. 7 pages and all is said and done.
;)
Enjoy my scans - and there's a lot more to come.
Am sitting on a whole pack of yet unshown precoders.
Which I will upload all over 2014.
Brace yourself!

I'm looking forward to a fun filled 2014 from you T!
:)

Sounds interesting T, will be on the lookout for them, as you upload new books.

I do prefer the horror and sci-fi genres over the superhero now, for sure. Like I mentioned
before, I grew up reading those superhero comics, which I loved and collected, up until
I was around 15 or 16. Now the horror and science fiction type comics appeal to me
more. Perhaps because I'm older now? Not sure? :-/
I have been enjoying them, absolutely. Read some Weird Terror last night. :)
Also looking very much forward to reading your uploads once on this site.
Thanks a lot! :D
