Yes, it's another missing zero:
Fantoman 03 meeds to be changed to Fantoman 003 (or, #s 002 & 004 should be changed to 02 & 04).

Since we now have 3 of the 4 issues, shouldn't Fanto get his own section?

Well, personally I'd like to see the fourth issue before adding a section.
