Title: Cat like character with bare feet

I remember having a silver age comic with a character dressed in a cat type of costume who had with bare feet. I thought it was a dumb costume, but don't recall the character's name, comic book, or publisher. Or maybe I just dreamed it. Any tips?

I guess it must have been Silver Age Beast, unless Wildcat was relieved of his shoes for some reason.
