I just recently took a collection I had been accumulation from the time I was a little
kid, to about 15 years old, and brought it into a comic book store to sell them.
Admittedly, this guy had a lot of older comics for sale. I had some good ones I
thought though. FF # 30,41. A slew of early 60's Incredible Hulk. Over 200 comics
which some were not in good shape. The ones from the late 70's and 80's especially. :(
My fault as I'd read each and every comic I'd had more than twice, growing up.
In the end, a paltry forty dollars CDN. Didn't cry or whine about it. The ones
that I was told were worth like .65c a piece, I gave to the Salvation Army.
In that sense I was happy to do something for those, possibly poor kids,
something to read and enjoy like I did when I was young.
