Title: Family Slaughter Introduction
Post by: familyslaughter on December 07, 2012, 11:28:36 PM
Hi there. New member here. Love this comic archive and the concept of restoring/adapting retrieving comic books in a digital form. Family Slaughter is horror webcomic adapted into a digital form from the original B&W publication from 1989. Family Slaughter horror webcomic is colorized, interactive with motion graphics and features audio: dialogue/ music/sound fx. Very interested in contacting others who have similar interest in digital recreation of comics any genre any era. Also fans of classic horror comics. Very keen to get feedback on our webcomic prototypes. Welcome to check it out at  http://faimilyslaughter.com. Cheers :)

Attention, there's a typo in the link:
"faImily..." - please correct.

Watched it, found it quite inventive.
Nice work. Love the voices.
You even got Arnold Schwarzenegger to do his bit - as I hear.
 ;)

I think it was Malibu or Crossgen tried something like that on CD. Yours is better. Very well done. Family Slaughter is not on the GCD. Would you consider adding it there?

Thanks very much for the feedback. I love this site and would love to archive Family slaughter material here. Our panels are in Flash formats. Is that a problem ?

These are test formats we are starting the episodes progressively next year. We are running a Youtube trailer in motion comic format before Xmas. Cheers :)

Hi FS,
We can't host Flash files here yet.  Sorry.
Good luck with your project.
