Hey guys, I signed up for this forum with one thing in mind. Let me give you a bit of backstory:
I found a copy of Osamu Tezuka's Phoenix Dawn left behind when my sister moved into her apartment. I was about to list it on paperbackswap.com when I decided, out of curiosity, to see how much it would sell for on ebay. Apparently it's out of print and worth around 80 bucks!
Given its unavailability, I was wondering how many people would be interested in having me scan this just out of the kindness of my heart/forum karma love. Any takers? ;)

Since this was first published in Japan in 1967 (within a magazine that Tezuka himself started), I doubt that it's Public Domain.

We would not permit that on the site C.
Nothing post 1959 and copyrighted is allowed on DCM.

Yeah, the thought is very much appreciated, but it's very unlikely that the copyrights have expired. Still, nice find, especially if it pays for a nice dinner or two, right?
