Title: Is Freddy 18 really Freddy 13?

I think Freddy 18 is really Freddy 13.  The first hint was that GCD has the same cover for 13 and 18.  So I checked around and Atomic Avenue and Comic Collector Live have a different cover for #18 (soon to appear on GCD).  Looking at the scan here, the indicia could be interpreted 13 and August 1958 (instead of 18 and August 1959...note the copyright of 1958).  Finally the job numbers of the scanned comic place it in 1958, not 1959.  Compare the job numbers of Freddy #16 which are in the S4XXX range to the S3XXX numbers of the scanned.

I'd swear that was an 18 on the IFC but you've proven your case Jim.
