For several weeks now, I haven't been able to download anything from this website, because it keeps rejecting my password, even though I enter the correct one every time.  The only part of the site I can access is the forum.  What's going on here?

I've reset Glam twice and with the last one strongly suggested he create a new second account as a back-up.
I will reset it once again and send him an email.  It's all I can do.

Glam, please check your email address that you have used to register with DCM for your new login info.

Why do I need to check my email address - durrant4145@rogers.com - when I know it by heart?  And why must I register my new account through the message board? :-/

Glam, have you read any of my emails to your rogers account mentioned above?

Each DCM account must have a different email address.  Sorry, I can't change that.
You can create a second account here on the forum or on the site.  The only reason I suggested making a second account is your current one seems to be cursed.
If it's working for you that's great news.  Last I checked, it was working.  If not all I can do is keep resetting it which hasn't helped so far.

You might also see if you have more success with CB+ which host the same books as here and many we don't.  Perhaps you wont have the headaches you have here.

You might not be aware of it, but over here in Ontario we are having a heat wave because of an air pocket that has built up over the past few months and isn't dissipating very quickly.  The heat wave may be affecting the signal from over there in England. :P

The DCM servers are in America now.
And anyone living inside the heatwave without air conditioning has my deepest sympathies.

I've figured out the problem, ladies and gentlemen: I was spelling my password with a capital "W" instead of a lower case "w."
