Title: Who is this Mystery Artist #1? - from Daredevil Battles Hitler #1

Hi gang,
Here's a book that GCD might have some troubles with artist attributions.

GCD lists the artists in this as follows -  http://www.comics.org/issue/1516/ (http://www.comics.org/issue/1516/)
We'd like to examine each artist in their own topic.

GCD says
Chapter 1 (DD & Silver Streak):
Pencils: Charles Biro?  Inks: Charles Biro?

Our own Eric here thinks chapter one is by George Mandel

I think page 8 might typify Mandel a little better than 2 and 5:

I apologize if I arrive late, but now that I started getting accustomed to Biro’s style I can safely say this isn’t definitely drawn by Biro.
Written, maybe, but not drawn.
In fact, I posted a similar question, which now I see is off-topic, about the art of the first episode of Airboy.
Admins/Moderators: please feel free to move my question in this section, and sorry for the mess… :)
