Title: Does anyone have True Comics volume 30 ?? Needed for research!!

Hi, I desperately need a color scanned copy of True Comics volume 30, in particular the story inside called "They Got the Blame:  The Story of Scapegoats in History."

If anyone has this, please, please upload it or post a link where I can get this.

I have a black and white photocopy, but the quality is not good enough.  I need higher quality color.

Why do you "desperately need" this in "color", Tiktaalik? What "research" are you doing"? If I'm going to help someone, I would like to know to what end my efforts are going to be put and why?

Here is what he said to Jim -

I will have a chapter of a book published that is about WWII and comic books.  We already have a publisher.  I want to be able to include a few of the pages in color in that book.  I am a tenured faculty member at Ripon College in WI.  It's legitimate research that will be published, but I understand why you would want to know before helping someone.
