I had a gym teacher a million years ago with the same hair style and goggle-like glasses.  He was very tall and favored red track suits.  I never asked if that was intentional, mostly because I didn't really want to know...

 I always thought my Uncle Burt looked a lot like Woozy, although he didn't wear polka dots or a straw boater.

One of my schoolmates at the Kubert School was such a big Sub-Mariner fan as a kid that he cut his afro in a squared off style so that he looked more like Subby (albeit an African-American juvenile version).

That's be worth a photo too.  Hehe.  Sounds like the Tin Tin haircut they have for the new movie.
