Title: War Heroes #3 cover signature?

Hi all

Can anyone help with the cover signature to War Heroes #3. It's a W in a square box - http://www.digitalcomicmuseum.com/index.php?dlid=4705

The signature is also in a story in War Heroes #2. Here's the signature - http://tinypic.com/r/140lep/7

And once I've got a name, I'm like a bulldog, finding other places with his signature, like...

Animal Comics #1 has poems on the inside front and back covers that are signed W.B.C., that I can now connect to Worth Carnahan (since looking at the Jerry Bail's site says he worked on Animal Comics). The poems are Ambition and A Matter of Intelligence. The signature on both indicate he's the writer, but do you know if he's the artist. I don't know if you have any index cards for these.

Best guess is writing, Greg,
The art looks much too crude when compared to the other WC-signed stories.

Since I see you have the issue out for updating on GCD, you should also note that the last story is signed on the bushes in the last panel - I can make out Avison, who might be the inker, but I don't see him as the penciler. Still, it doesn't look much like him in either capacity. There might be another name above his. Also, the Panther Gorge story is by George Kerr.

I keep thinking I should recognize the artist on the Right of Way story, but I don't.  Part of my brain almost wants to say Barks, but that's clearly wrong since people would have ID'd him years ago if it was.
