Thanks to paw broon's link to the Glasgow School of Art where I found this.

Among their Comics and Graphic Novels links was this one to the Dinosaur Gardens blog which is hosting a near complete run of
Basil Wolverton's silly 'Culture Corner' which ran as a filler in Fawcett's Whiz Comics from 1945 to 1952.

At the bottom of the list are links for CBZ or PDF versions of the sadly incomplete collection.
