Title: A speculation...

Wonder what's the implications in the fact that Cross Publications had two titles we're carrying:  THE PERFECT CRIME and UNCLE MILTY?

I think that the only OTHER title they published was Super Circus, Darkmark, and we're hosting issue 3 of that  one, too. But I concur that it's odd that after a success with The Perfect Crime that the publishers would opt for two titles obviously aimed at a younger audience, and based on TV shows/personalities.

It seems Jim, that is the only three titles they published.

Super Circus (TV) Jan. '51 - #5 Sept. '51 (Mary Hartline TV Star?)
Uncle Milty (TV) Dec. '50 - #4 July '51 (Early TV Comic)
The Perfect Crime Oct. '49 - #33 May '53 (longest running series they did)
